My work is driven by a deep sense of care and commitment to my client’s well-being. I help them navigate their issues on a psychological, emotional, and physical level, including addressing emotions stored in the body. The therapeutic relationship between myself and the client is of the utmost importance, and I believe trust and healing take time. I also understand the profound impact of career changes on a client’s identity, and I feel equipped to guide them through this process.
I have a keen interest in the mind-body connection and like to work creatively, calling upon tools and resources to further empower clients to cope with the stresses and overwhelm of daily life. Along with talk therapy, I use felt sense, visualisations, meditations, breathing techniques, artwork, and sand trays to help clients connect with a deeper sense of inner knowing.
What is Integrative Psychotherapy?
Integrative psychotherapy affirms and works with the whole person — their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, physiological systems, and their spirit.
Integrate: to bring together or incorporate (parts) into a whole.
