Finding a space for ourselves, where we put our needs first, can understandably bring up feelings of uncertainty. I am an integrative psychotherapist who provides a warm and non-judgmental safe space in times of crisis or if you need a quiet place to talk through feelings or behaviours that may be bothering you. It is important to me that my clients feel safe, valued, and understood and that therapy is a collaborative experience. My role is to empower clients by supporting their growth, promoting self-awareness by offering support and facilitating and nurturing self- development.
